1. Conveyor
High efficient conveyor enhanced the loading and transporting process. Large amount of wasted paper can be processed at once, therefore less wasted paper will occupy the factory space and factory will become a neat organized place. Full auto mode is easy to operate after pushed the Start button. The device also features the Conveyor Pause and Emergency Stop buttons on both side of the conveyor to provide easy access and better safety.
2. Flexible Compressing Structure
The exit of the compressing and packing machine is featuring a three-side tightening mechanism with powerful even-distributed pressure. In additional, the applied pressure is adjustable according to the kind of wasted paper being compressed (carton box, OCC, newspaper, magazine, etc.). The powerful pressure speeds up the compressing and packing process and improves the housekeeping if the warehouse.
3. Serrated Shear Blade
Unique serrated shear blade with high strength hardness and abrasion-proof property provides precise equal shearing force, resulting in good-looking bale.
4. Superior Electronic Controlling System
Using the imported industrial controlling device combination, customized electronic operating control cabinet and the intelligent circuit controlling system combination, our Electronic Controlling System is easy to use. It also make our machine can operate in Manual/Automatic mode with user friendly interface.

The wire auto-tying device employs the "6" shape twisting hooks which have neat structure, faster tying speed. Bales can be easily moved and stored for later transportation.
